Terms & Conditions - the basics

Training and certification provided by AKIP Training Solutions requires physical stamina and may not be suited for all participants. No expectation of ADA compliance is expressed as most training will require standing, kneeling, lifting, reading comprehension, ability to verbally communicate, and other tasks that involve using all five senses. Any request for deviation or accommodation will be reviewed and the decision by AKIP Training Solutions will be final and defer to the requirements for completion set forth by the appropriate certifying agency.

Personally Identifiable Information, Personal Health Information, financial information and other data collected during the courses will be used solely for compliance with the certification process and will not be shared with any outside agencies except for those involved in certification, payment of processing fees, or as required by law in proper legal requests with appropriate authority. AKIP Training Solutions does not process credit cards or other forms of payments and never receives your financial information. All payment processors are third party and of your choosing when purchasing training. Respective processors are responsible for your information privacy and have their own policies which may be reviewed by visiting their website.

While all attempts are made to provide the services advertised when and where sold, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate the cancellation and/or rescheduling of training. This may be due to inclement weather, lack of participation (minimum number of students required to conduct the course), natural disaster, or any combination of events to which we have no control. If training is cancelled due to this, you will be notified and offered a full refund of fees paid or given an option to apply your fees to another available class date.
